Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an anti-corrosion material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, belongs to the technical field of corrosion prevention, and overcomes the defects that a rutile type nano TiO2 crystal structure is difficult to control and the performance of an anti-corrosion coating is difficult to guarantee in the prior art. The anticorrosive material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 42-55% of flake glass, 8-15% of rutile type titanium dioxide, 6-15% of acrylic resin, 5-7% of talcum powder, 2-5% of rosin, 2-5% of kaolin, 2-6% of calcium chloride, 2-6% of magnesium chloride, 2-5% of zinc oxide and 1-4% of gypsum. The rutile type titanium dioxide is attached to the surface of the flake glass. The service life of the anti-corrosion material can be prolonged.
