Studies are developed around capsid protein specific CD8 + T cells of NV viruses, peptide libraries and peptide fragments of capsid protein immunodominance response are sequentially screened out through an in-vitro detection method, then an in-vitro amplification culture system of the NV immunodominance peptide specific CD8 + T cells is constructed on the basis of immunodominance peptides, and the NV immunodominance peptide specific CD8 + T cells are obtained. The specific CD8 + T cells of the dominant peptides of the VP1-P23, the VP2-P16 and the VP2-P26 are successfully cultured.
