Comprising a material platform, a cutting device and a coating box, a material conveying groove is formed in the material platform and is formed from one end of the material platform to the other end of the material platform; the cutting device is arranged on the material conveying groove in a crossing mode. The cutting device comprises a cutting tool; the cutting tool can move relative to the material platform, and the moving direction of the cutting tool is perpendicular to the forming direction of the material conveying groove. And the paint box is used for spraying paint to the surface of the rubber material. In the prior art, the length of a newly produced rubber material is relatively long, and the rubber material is inconvenient to be put into a coating box for coating spraying. Compared with the prior art, rubber materials which are just produced can be cut in a segmented mode, s
