Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of jasmonic acid methyl ester in delaying senescence of oncidium flowers without medicine caps. The research on phenotypic change, ethylene release rate and water content change of oncidium flowers after drug cap removal and the comparison of the aging effect of jasmonic acid methyl ester on oncidium cut flowers after drug cap removal show that the use of jasmonic acid methyl ester can inhibit the biosynthesis of endogenous ethylene, delay the shrinkage of petals, increase the water content and the like; and the aging process of the oncidium cut flowers without the medicine caps can be effectively slowed down, so that the fresh-keeping effect is achieved. The adopted methyl jasmonate is beneficial to delaying the appearance of the breath jump peak of the oncidium cut flower with the drug removed, delaying the aging of the oncidium cut flower, and avoiding the pollution and poison problems caused by the use of other chemical preservatives.
