Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-resolution spectrometer which comprises a slit, a collimator objective, a light splitting element, an imaging objective and an area array detector which are sequentially arranged on a light path, and a preset included angle is formed between the array direction of a pixel array surface of the area array detector and the direction of an image of the slit on a focal plane of the imaging objective. A plurality of pixels in a single column/row in the array direction parallel to the image direction in the pixel array plane of the area array detector respectively detect spectral lines with different wavelengths, so that the problem that a plurality of pixels in a single column/row in the array direction parallel to the image direction in the pixel array plane of the area array detector in the existing spectrograph only detect spectral lines with one wavelength is effectively avoided; the defect that spectral lines between adjacent single-column/row pixels cannot be detected is overco |
