Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a defrosting system, method and device of an air conditioner and the air conditioner, and the defrosting system comprises a defrosting electric heater which is arranged on an air conditioner condenser and heats the air conditioner condenser in a defrosting mode; the control panel is connected with the defrosting electric heater and controls starting and stopping of the defrosting electric heater. The defrosting method comprises the steps that when the air conditioner enters a defrosting mode, a control panel starts a defrosting electric heater arranged on an air conditioner condenser so as to heat the air conditioner condenser; and when the temperature of the air conditioner condenser reaches the temperature threshold value, the control panel stops operation of the defrosting electric heater, and the defrosting mode is quitted.
