Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a variable-amplitude hydraulic control system and transshipment equipment, and relates to the technical field of transshipment equipment. The variable amplitude hydraulic control system comprises an oil tank, a load-sensitive variable pump, a load-sensitive proportional valve, a constant pressure pump and a control valve bank, the control valve bank comprises a proportional servo valve, and the load-sensitive variable pump is communicated with the load-sensitive proportional valve through an oil pipeline. The load-sensitive proportional valve is communicated with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder assembly through oil pipelines, the constant-pressure pump is communicated with the proportional servo valve through an oil pipeline, and the proportional servo valve is communicated with the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder assembly through oil pipelines. And the oil tank is respectively communicated with the load-s
