Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a cesium-copper-iodine blue-light nanocrystal as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a bifunctional silane coupling agent ligand, a cesium-copper-iodine perovskite nanocrystal precursor and a first solvent, adding a second solvent to carry out an anti-solvent reaction, and hydrolyzing the reacted substance to obtain the cesium-copper-iodine blue-light nanocrystal, wherein the polarity of the first solvent is different from that of the second solvent. The cesium-copper-iodine blue-light nanocrystal is prepared by adopting a difunctional silane coupling agent as a ligand and adopting an anti-solvent method, meanwhile, the cesium-copper-iodine blue-light nanocrystal forms a core-shell-like structure through hydrolysis, and a cross-linked difunctional silane coupling agent is formed on the surface of the cesium-copper-iodine blue-light nanocrystal, so that the agglomeration of the material is inhibited, and the w |
