The method for reducing the allergenicity of the tropomyosin comprises the following steps: diluting the tropomyosin with water until the concentration is 2mg/mL, adding pyruvic aldehyde, heating in a water bath for 15 minutes, modifying, and then rapidly cooling a reaction system to 4 DEG C or below so as to reduce the allergenicity of the tropomyosin. According to the method, amino acids such as lysine, arginine, aspartic acid and glutamine in the tropomyosin can be modified by pyruvic aldehyde, the tropomyosin is promoted to be crosslinked under the heating condition, protein molecule aggregates are generated, alpha-helix and beta-folding structures are reduced, and finally the sensitization of the tropomyosin is reduced.
