Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and discloses application of NMS-P937 in preparation of a medicine for treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the effective dose of the NMS-P937 in animal experiments is 60 mg/kg/d. According to the application, NMS-P937 is used for treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE1, CNE2 and SUNE1 cells, so that the NMS-P937 is proved to be capable of inducing apoptosis of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE1, CNE2 and SUNE1 cells, inducing cycle distribution of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE1, CNE2 and SUNE1 cells to be retarded in a G2/M period at the same time, and finally inhibiting proliferation of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE1, CNE2 and SUNE1 cells; experiments in nude mice prove that NMS-P937 treatment can also significantly inhibit proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, and NMS-P937 can be used as a potential treatment drug for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and is helpful for improving the treatment effect of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 本发明属于医药技术领域
