Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses sanggenone C PLGA microspheres and a preparation method of a sanggenone C PLGA powder inhalation, and relates to the technical field of medicines.The preparation method of the sanggenone C PLGA microspheres is characterized in that the preparation method of the sanggenone C PLGA microspheres specifically comprises the following steps that S1, sanggenone C and PLGA are weighed; s2, adding ethyl acetate and dichloromethane into the weighed sanggenone C and PLGA, and carrying out vortex until complete dissolution to form an organic phase; s3, pouring the organic phase into a PVA solution, and shearing to form O/W type primary emulsion; and S4, dropwise adding the primary emulsion obtained in S3 into a PVA solution, and stirring at room temperature to completely volatilize the organic solvent to obtain the sanggenone C PLGA microspheres.
