Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a prosthetic mitral valve device. More specifically, methods, systems, and devices are disclosed to deliver a self-expanding prosthetic mitral valve device to the left atrium, without engaging the left ventricle, native mitral valve leaflets, or annular tissue downstream of the upper annular surface during delivery, and in some embodiments, the left ventricle, native mitral valve leaflets, or annular tissue downstream of the upper annular surface.
