Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a functional board card, a production system of the functional board card and a use method of a servo system. The functional board card is provided with a memory which corresponds to the functional board card and is used for storing related information and check codes of circuits on the functional board card. Wherein the check code is used for verifying the correctness of the related information in the memory, so that the possibility of failure is reduced. The related information comprises correction information, production information and circuit information, and the source of each circuit of the functional board card can be traced by using the production information in different scenes. The memory on the functional board card contains the correction information and the circuit information of each circuit, so that the functional board card can be corrected by directly utilizing the correction information and the circuit information no matter which servo system the functional board car
