Heat-aging-resistant aramid insulation paper and preparation method thereof

The invention provides heat-aging-resistant aramid insulation paper and a preparation method thereof. The aramid insulation paper comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35-55 parts of meta-aramid chopped fibers, 45-65 parts of meta-aramid fibrids and an anti-metal aging agent of which the addition amount is 2-6% of the absolute dry mass of the fibers. The preparation method of the aramid insulation paper comprises the following steps: (1) adding meta-aramid fibrid into water, pulping and dispersing to obtain fibrid slurry, and adding water into meta-aramid chopped fiber for dispersing to obtain chopped fiber slurry; (2) uniformly mixing the fibrid pulp and the chopped fiber pulp to prepare meta-aramid fiber mixed pulp; and (3) mixing the meta-position aramid fiber mixed slurry and an anti-metal aging agent, feeding the mixture into a fourdrinier paper machine, and performing dehydration, squeezing, drying and hot pressing to obtain the aramid insulation paper.
