Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a biomedical pure beta-phase titanium alloy and a preparation method thereof, the titanium alloy is a pure beta phase, and the titanium alloy is composed of the following elements in percentage by mass: 24-28% of Nb, 2-4% of Zr, 4-8% of Sn, 0.5-2% of Cu, 1-8% of Ag and the balance of Ti and inevitable impurity elements. According to the antibacterial titanium alloy and the preparation method thereof, the prepared titanium alloy has the antibacterial property by adding the Cu and Ag elements, the prepared titanium alloy is a pure beta phase through the specific element composition and proportion of Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn-Cu-Ag and the specific low-temperature ball milling process and spark plasma sintering process, introduction of other impure phases is avoided, and the antibacterial titanium alloy is suitable for industrial production. The prepared titanium alloy has the antibacterial property and also has high strength, low modulus and excellent plasticity.
