The first air cooling unit is connected with an air inlet channel in the center of the bottom sealing plate, the second air cooling unit is connected with a clamping sleeve between the shell and the inner sleeve, and the air cooling units are connected with hand holes which are close to the ground and can be communicated to the inner sleeve.
