Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicines, and particularly relates to an OTUB1 gene and application of a detection reagent and an inhibitor thereof. The invention proves that the expression of the OTUB1 gene in gastric cancer is increased and is related to low survival rate. By detecting the expression level of the OTUB1 gene in a subject, whether the subject suffers from the gastric cancer or not and the risk of suffering from the gastric cancer can be judged.
