The method comprises the following steps: preparing the waste liquid generated by extracting quercetin from sophora flower buds to obtain a liquid culture medium; saccharopolyspora spinosa is inoculated into the liquid culture medium for fermentation, and spinosad is obtained after fermentation is finished.
