Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant corrugated pipe material and a preparation method thereof. The polyamide-coated hypophosphite composite material is prepared from the following raw materials: S1 polyamide, S2 polyamide-coated hypophosphite, S3 a flexibilizer and S4 an auxiliary bag containing a lubricant and an antioxidant. The flame retardant is tightly coated with the polyamide through the hypophosphorous acid metal salt coated with the polyamide, so that on one hand, the heat resistance of the flame retardant is improved, toxic gas is prevented from being generated to harm a human body, and on the other hand, the compatibility of the flame retardant and matrix resin is improved. A plasticizer does not need to be added, and the complexing action of the chlorinated metal salt is utilized to destroy the crystal structure of the polyamide to achieve the requirements of plasticizing the polyamide and improving the material fluidity.
