The invention provides a preparation method of an amino-containing indissolvable polymer solution without a hydrotropy substance in the technical field of material preparation, which comprises the following steps: treating an amino-containing indissolvable polymer (such as chitosan, I-type collagen, linear polyethyleneimine, polyamide and the like) solution into a polymer solution state in which amino groups are combined with weak acid radical ions; impurities in the solution are removed through dialysis, so that an amino-containing indissolvable polymer solution without hydrotropy substances is obtained. The amino-containing indissolvable polymer solution prepared by the method is different from the condition that a solubilizing aid exists, and the strong intermolecular hydrogen-bond interaction can be recovered by simply removing the solvent, so that the indissolvable polymer solution is recovered to an indissolvable solid state.
