Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an areca-nut shaving board and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the areca-nut shaving board comprises the following steps that areca-nut kernels are subjected to steam explosion at 5-7 MPa, the areca-nut kernels subjected to steam explosion treatment are dried till the moisture content is 2-5 wt%, and obtained areca-nut kernel materials comprise a powdery areca-nut kernel material and a fiber-rod-shaped areca-nut kernel material; and mixing the areca seed core material with an adhesive, and carrying out hot press molding to obtain the areca seed shaving board.
