Zusammenfassung: | A method for preparing a zinc-aluminum corrosion-resistant coating through cold spraying belongs to the technical field of coating preparation and comprises four steps of modification of zinc-aluminum mixed powder, preparation of a zinc-aluminum spray coating, cold spraying and hole sealing. According to the preparation method, the zinc-aluminum corrosion-resistant coating which is high in density, strong in binding force and good in corrosion resistance is prepared, the porosity of the obtained coating ranges from 0.5% to 0.6%, the binding strength ranges from 75 MPa to 79 MPa, the self-corrosion potential ranges from-0.5839 V to-0.6003 V, the self-corrosion current density ranges from 2.4641 * 10 A/cm < 2 > to 2.5760 * 10 A/cm < 2 >, and the neutral salt mist resistance time ranges from 13190 h to 13361 h.
