The invention discloses a method for preparing porous magnetic/temperature-sensitive microspheres by microfluidics, which mainly comprises the following steps: preparing monodisperse monomer droplets from a dispersed phase solution and a continuous phase solution through a focused microfluidic channel, and curing by an ultraviolet lamp to obtain the porous magnetic/temperature-sensitive microspheres. The microflow control preparation technology adopted in the preparation method can control the particle size and distribution of the microspheres, and the prepared microspheres are uniform in particle size distribution, so that subsequent application of the microspheres in the fields of biological analysis and the like is facilitated.
