Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a millimeter wave on-chip artificial surface plasmon transmission line, the whole transmission line is composed of on-chip artificial surface plasmon periodic units which are connected in series, and each on-chip artificial surface plasmon periodic unit is composed of a microstrip line structure and folded open-circuit line branches which are connected in parallel. According to the invention, the strong field binding capability of the millimeter wave frequency band can be realized in a small chip area, and the relative wavelength area of the transmission line unit can be reduced to below 1% of that of a classic artificial surface plasmon transmission line. According to the invention, under the condition that the width of the transmission line is not increased, the field constraint capability is further enhanced by increasing the lengths of the units of the transmission line and the folding branches.
