Zusammenfassung: | According to the cylindrical surface assembly clearance tolerance analysis method, the actual working condition load is considered in tolerance analysis, the consideration factor of the tolerance analysis method considering the actual working condition on deformation is single, and the influence caused by relative rotation between shaft holes is not considered in the coupling process of a tolerance model and deformation. Therefore, on the basis of the Jacobi spinor theory and finite element analysis, a tolerance analysis method considering the actual working condition is provided for the cylindrical surface assembly clearance, a statistical solution of a Jacobi spinor model is coupled with deformation data of a loaded part, and a tolerance analysis coupling model considering the actual working condition is established; and the model is applied to obtain a clearance tolerance analysis result so as to adjust parameters of the assembly clearance, so that the accuracy of a system analysis conclusion can be remark |
