Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation process of a medium-entropy alloy for regulating and controlling two phases of fcc and k, the structure change can be realized by carrying out heat treatment, rolling and cooling on a traditional as-cast CoNiV medium-entropy alloy at different temperatures, the initial fcc phase is converted into the two phases of fcc and k, and the phases are positioned in crystal grains and are completely coherent with an fcc matrix, so that the strength of the CoNiV medium-entropy alloy is favorably improved. The treatment process parameters of the method only comprise four items of heating temperature, heat preservation time, cooling and rolling deformation. The method is simple and small in influence factor, and the process parameters can be linearly connected with the obtained structure morphology and performance, so that the direct relation among the process parameters, the k-phase structure and the performance can be found more easily.
