Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) molecular marker for predicting sow'two-birth syndrome 'and application of the SNP molecular marker, and belongs to the technical field of molecular marker detection. The SNP molecular marker of the 43594186bp site on the 12th chromosome of a pig is found to be related to the occurrence of the'second-fetal syndrome 'of the sow for the first time, and when the genotype is AA, the occurrence rate of the'second-fetal syndrome' of the sow is relatively high; and when the genotype is AC or CC, the occurrence rate of the second-fetal syndrome of the sow is relatively low. The SNP molecular marker disclosed by the invention not only can be used for rapidly predicting the occurrence condition of the'second-birth syndrome 'in the early stage of the boars, but also can be used for breeding the boars with low occurrence rate of the'second-birth syndrome'.
