Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for efficiently synthesizing 7-dehydrocholesterol by regulating/reducing acetyl-coenzyme A branch metabolism, which is a method for efficiently synthesizing 7-dehydrocholesterol by reducing acetyl-coenzyme A decomposition and balancing intracellular reducing power by using a class of key genes related to acetyl-coenzyme A catabolism. According to the method, the traditional technology that 7-dehydrocholesterol is increased only by enhancing acetyl coenzyme A is overcome, genes related to 7-dehydrocholesterol synthesis are provided, synthesis of acetyl coenzyme A is enhanced through overexpression and knockout of the genes, consumption of acetyl coenzyme A is reduced, and the yield of 7-dehydrocholesterol is increased.
