The sesame polypeptide disclosed by the invention can be obtained by separating and purifying enzymolysis sesame protein, and can also be artificially synthesized by adopting a chemical solid-phase synthesis method. The determination of ACE inhibitory activity and DPP-IV inhibitory activity shows that the polypeptide shows the activity of reducing blood pressure and blood sugar, can be used as a functional component in the fields of preparation of medicines, health care products, food, daily chemical products and the like, and has a wide market prospect.
