Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a 2-oxoalkyl-9H-pyrrolo [1, 2-a] indole-9-ketone compound, which comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing an N-propargyl indole compound, an ether compound, a catalyst, an oxidant, a photocatalyst and a solvent in sequence, reacting for 34 hours at 80 DEG C under blue light, and obtaining reaction liquid after the reaction is complete; the reaction liquid is sequentially subjected to conventional drying, concentration and column chromatography separation, and then the 2-oxoalkyl-9H-pyrrolo [1, 2-a] indole-9-ketone compound is obtained. The method is simple and low in cost, large-scale production can be achieved, and the method has good industrial application prospects in the aspect of synthesis of bioactive compounds and drugs containing the indolo [1, 2-a] indole skeleton.
