Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a trifluoroethyl benzofuran compound, which comprises the following steps: by taking trifluoromethyl propargyl alcohol and a phenol compound as reaction substrates, bis (trifluoromethanesulfonimide) silver as a catalyst and hexane as a reaction solvent, stirring and reacting for 12 hours at 70 DEG C in an argon atmosphere; after the reaction is finished, filtering a reaction solution, washing with a saturated sodium chloride solution, extracting with ethyl acetate, drying layers with anhydrous sodium sulfate after extraction, then removing a solvent with a rotary evaporator to obtain a residue, performing column chromatography separation on the residue through a silica gel column, and leaching with an eluent to obtain a crude product; collecting effluent containing the target product, combining the effluent, and removing the solvent through vacuum concentration to obtain the target product.
