Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of medicinal chemistry, and discloses a dicationic quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial peptide simulant with antibacterial activity and a preparation method of the dicationic quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial peptide simulant. The compound has the following structural general formulas I and II. The antibacterial peptide simulant disclosed by the invention has excellent antibacterial activity and shows good activity on gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. The MIC value (minimum inhibitory concentration) of a part of the compounds to four standard bacteria including staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, enterococcus faecalis and stenotrophomonas maltophilia is 0.5-4 [mu] g/mL. The HC50 (half hemolytic concentration) result shows that the compound has lower hemolytic toxicity and higher selectivity.
