The online coating process for the medium-boron glass tube comprises the following steps: A, enabling the medium-boron glass tube to pass through a first coating chamber at a constant speed; b, conveying monosilane, ethylene and nitrogen to a first mixing chamber for mixing, and conveying oxygen, helium and nitrogen to a second mixing chamber for mixing; c, spraying the mixed gas onto a medium boron glass tube by a nozzle in a first coating chamber; d, enabling the medium-boron glass tube to pass through a second coating chamber at a constant speed; and E, uniformly mixing Tween 80 and water, conveying the mixture to a nozzle of the second coating chamber through a spraying pump, and spraying the surface of the medium boron glass tube.
