A hopper is mounted on the rack; the material dispersing mechanism comprises a mounting beam, a rotating disc and a driving device, the mounting beam is mounted on the rack, the rotating disc is rotatably mounted on the mounting beam and located below a discharging port of the hopper, and the driving device is mounted on the mounting beam and can drive the rotating disc to rotate; the weighing sensor is arranged between the mounting beam and the rack, and the weighing sensor is used for measuring the impact force borne by the turntable; the control device is electrically connected with the weighing sensor and the driving device, and the control device can adjust the output power of the driving device according to the measurement data of the weighing sensor. According to the material scattering device, when the discharging amount of the hopper is large, the situa
