The method comprises the following steps: firstly, enabling to-be-printed and dyed cloth to pass through a first spray head group, and performing spray dyeing on a first surface of the cloth by the first spray head group; drying the ink on the first surface of the cloth; turning the advancing direction of the cloth, enabling the cloth to pass through a second spray head group, and performing spray dyeing on the second surface of the cloth by the second spray head group; and drying the ink on the second surface of the cloth.
