Zusammenfassung: | The preparation method comprises the following steps that alloy powder is taken and added into a medium-frequency induction furnace, and argon blowing protection smelting is adopted to obtain alloy liquid; under the protection of nitrogen, the alloy liquid is introduced into an atomization device, a water-gas combined atomization technology is adopted for powder preparation, and alloy powder is obtained; adding a binder into the alloy powder, uniformly mixing, and carrying out compression molding by adopting hot isostatic pressing; pre-sintering the green body, and removing the binder in the green body; sintering the pressed blank in a vacuum or inert atmosphere by adopting a hot pressing sintering technology; and carrying out heat treatment on the high-speed steel billet. The high-speed steel prepared through the method is excellent in mechanical property, and the hardness, the impact energy and the red hardness of the high-speed steel meet the machining requirements of tool high-speed steel.
