The control method comprises a secondary cooling process and a soft reduction process in continuous casting, weak cooling is adopted in the secondary cooling process, and the specific water flow ranges from 0.4 L/kg to 1.2 L/kg; the solid phase rate of the reduction interval in the soft reduction process is 0.3-0.8, and the reduction amount is 8-14 mm.
