Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing a wide titanium alloy plate by adopting a titanium-steel combined mode. The method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a steel-titanium coating structure; s2, heating, hot rolling and hot straightening processes are sequentially conducted on the steel titanium coating structure, and a pre-finished product is obtained; and S3, performing post-treatment on the pre-finished product to obtain a target product. Through the steel-titanium coating structure, the titanium alloy composition plate is prevented from being in direct contact with air and a roller in the hot rolling process, so that the problem of surface cracks caused by sharp increase of deformation resistance of a titanium alloy material due to too fast temperature drop is solved; and the possibility that a thick oxide layer is generated on the contact surface of the titanium alloy composition plate and the atmosphere is also reduced.
