Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an obstacle removing and repairing robot for an underground cable pipeline. The tunneling end of the robot is defined as the front end, and the other end of the robot is defined as the tail end; the robot comprises a front-section machine shell, a universal jacking and supporting unit and a rear-section machine shell, and the two axial ends of the universal jacking and supporting unit elastically support the inner wall of the cable pipeline in the radial direction and are axially and fixedly connected with the front-section machine shell and the rear-section machine shell correspondingly.
