A specific embodiment of the method can be applied to a server, and comprises the following steps: in response to an access request of a client, sending a seed parameter and a cycle index to the client, and receiving a result list returned by the client; the result list is generated by a calculation result obtained by circularly operating the signature function by the client according to the seed parameter and the cycle index; sending a to-be-verified cycle sequence number to the client, and receiving a to-be-verified calculation result and input parameter data which are returned by the client and correspond to the to-be-verified cycle sequence number; and running the signature function according to the input parameter data to obtain a running result, and checking the access request according to the consistency of the running result and the to-be-checked calculation result.
