Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a wearable graphene-based enzyme biological fuel cell as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of fuel cells. The biological fuel cell comprises a cathode, an anode, a liquid absorption layer and a tab, wherein the cathode and the anode form a structure shaped like a Chinese character'hui '; wherein the cathode is Pt-RGO (reduced graphene oxide); the positive electrode is LOx-RGO; and the liquid absorption layer is all low-reduction rGO parts except the cathode and the anode. The biological fuel cell takes graphene as a base material, and the functional layers of the cathode and the anode have strong liquid absorption capability and are insoluble, so that the stability of the function is ensured. Lactate oxidase is loaded on LOx-RGO of the anode, lactic acid in sweat of a human body is used as a raw material, and biomass energy is converted into electric energy through oxidation-reduction reaction.
