Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a wind power plant black-start path optimization method considering a unit operation state, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the operation data of an offshore wind power plant SCADA, screening key parameters, generating an input/output cell array, obtaining a training set and a test set, building a prediction model, and carrying out the model training; the test set is sent to the prediction model, and the actual and predicted deviation degree is obtained; obtaining a unit state evaluation coefficient to provide guidance for path optimization in the black start process; obtaining a generating capacity objective function and a wind power plant black-start electrical distance objective function; and integrating the generating capacity objective function and the electrical distance objective function, solving mixed integer linear programming to obtain a Pareto frontier, and selecting an optimal wind power plant black-start path.
