Comprising the steps that a calibration unit obtains external calibration data and converts the external calibration data into refined reference voltage in combination with a differential transconductance unit; the differential transconductance unit receives a to-be-measured voltage from a quantum well and generates two differential output currents based on a refined reference voltage and the to-be-measured voltage, the oscillation unit receives the two differential output currents and generates two paths of pulse outputs, and the counting reading unit counts the two paths of pulse outputs, obtains a quantization result and outputs the quantization result.
