Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a domestication method of an electrolytic high-efficiency hydrogen production biological cathode, which comprises the following steps: S1, domesticating a biological anode of a microbial fuel cell (MFC) by using a culture solution which takes formate as a substrate; s2, the biological anode domesticated in the step S1 is converted into a biological cathode of a microbial electrolysis cell (MEC) through electrode polarity inversion; and S3, introducing an inorganic carbon source into the biological cathode to domesticate the biological cathode. According to the method provided by the invention, the hydrogen production cost of the cathode can be reduced, and the hydrogen production stability of the MEC cathode can be better maintained.
