Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a polyethylene glycol derivative capable of targeting hepatocytes and a preparation method of the polyethylene glycol derivative, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out chemical modification on double-terminal hydroxyl groups of polyethylene glycol to obtain double-carboxyl polyethylene glycol or double-amino polyethylene glycol; connecting a small molecule compound containing a catechol group to the dicarboxyl polyethylene glycol or the diamino polyethylene glycol through an amido bond to obtain catechol carboxyl/amino polyethylene glycol; and connecting a small molecule compound containing an ethoxyphenyl group to the catechol carboxyl/amino polyethylene glycol through an amido bond to generate the polyethylene glycol derivative.
