The invention verifies that CsHsf24 is combined with a promoter of flavonoid 3 '5'-hydroxylase through a yeast single miscellaneous point-to-point experiment to activate the expression of a CsF3 '5' H1 gene so as to promote the increase of the contents of substances such as catechin and flavonol.
