The purpose of the invention is realized through the following technical scheme: the high-purity sulfuric acid processing method comprises the following steps: step 1, taking a certain amount of raw materials, and preparing sulfuric acid in a processing system; 2, observing white residues in sulfuric acid when the sulfuric acid is prepared; step 3, discharging toxic gas generated during preparation of sulfuric acid by using a processing system; 4, white residues generated in the sulfuric acid are extracted through a processing system; and 5, obtaining a certain amount of sulfuri
