Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel anti-impact composite pipe and a preparation method thereof, the composite pipe sequentially comprises a main body inner layer, a reinforcing layer, a transition layer and a UHMWPE protective layer from inside to outside, and the main body inner layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of polypropylene, 10-20 parts of HDPE, 5-15 parts of a flexibilizer, 0-5 parts of UHMWPE, 0-8 parts of a compatilizer, 1-5 parts of a cross-linking agent and 0.001-0.02 part of DCP. On the basis of traditional toughening, HDPE and UHMWPE are added for synergistic enhancement, meanwhile, a cross-linking agent and a compatilizer are introduced, a network structure is formed by a main body material, the overall strength and mechanical stability of a base material are further improved, and the prepared composite pipe is high in impact resistance and does not generate fragments when being impacted. 本发明公开了一种新型抗冲复合管及其制备方法,该复合管从内到外依次是主体内层、增强层、过渡层和UHMWPE保护层,所述主体内层包括如下重量份的组分
