The laser trepanning device mainly comprises a conveying mechanism; a frame; a traversing mechanism; a longitudinal moving mechanism; a trepanning mechanism; and the photovoltaic panel punching device is used for punching the surface of the photovoltaic panel, so that a conductive column can be conveniently welded at the punching position subsequently. When punching is carried out on the surface of the photovoltaic panel, automatic positioning and punching of the solar photovoltaic panel are achieved, automatic production is achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
