Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an active chlorella loaded separable microneedle for treating diabetic wounds and a preparation method of the active chlorella loaded separable microneedle. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing GelMA hydrogel, a photoinitiator and a chlorella solution, adding the mixture into a microneedle mold, defoaming for 5 minutes under negative pressure, repeating for 3 times, and curing for 15 seconds by using an ultraviolet lamp to prepare a microneedle tip; and adding a PVA solution to cover the tip of the microneedle, centrifuging to remove bubbles, and drying at 37 DEG C for 12 hours to obtain the separable microneedle loaded with the active chlorella. The separable microneedle loaded with the chlorella is prepared by loading the active chlorella into a microneedle tip made of hydrogel and taking PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) as a substrate.
